Pattycake

This article from the L.A. Times may have a libel issue. Its headline states, "Police records paint violent scene between Chris Brown and Rihanna." In most cases it is careful to mention the official sources and papers the information is coming from, but several times, it takes poetic liberty and uses some pretty suggestive language that could possibly be construed as excessive. For instance, statements such as, "the luxury car morphed into a bloody crime scene with the R&B singer punching, biting, threatening and choking his pop star girlfriend as she desperately fought to get away." Seriously?? Maybe they were just playing a really intense game of pattycake or something.
